Completely less than useless. Spoke to Bernie when I enquired about a model I saw online, only to be told they do not bring this into Australia and then insulted by being feed a line of BS about emission standards as a half arsed justification. When I challenged their response, I was instantly hung up on without any explanation! This person with their aggressive attitude and short temper, definitely should not have an outward facing role dealing with the general public and representing the company. After this negative experience I will be glad to never buy another one of their products ever again. You just made my buying decision so much easier. Keep up the good work Bernie.

Can you please start supplying spare parts direct to the public. I have tried getting parts through local stores and they never returned calls, even after i supply them with the exact part number of what i am after. I then found an online store to purchase the parts from and i am still waiting. It has almost been 2 months now.

Contacted KIM at Briggs & Stratton requesting their closest Ferris Agent to Kyneton Victoria....given the name of Squires Mowers Deer Park, contacted them.....never been a Ferris Dealer. Contacted Briggs & Stratton again spoke to BERNIE to be told there was a Ferris Mower Agent in Kyneton.Good job I didn't head off for the 40 K trip to Deer Park.......GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER

If you would like to be spoken down to, not helped with parts and have your day ruined give them a call. Oh and when you call them out on being rude to you they seem totally shocked when you give it back to them?
