Pretty sure these are not in standard levelWe report the issue to the counter, but he is so rude only give us “half” large fries and said only this left for us to share??????? But there are several customers behind us??????? I would give minus stars if I could lol

This is the closest McDonald’s to my house. I have given these guys chance after chance and everytime they disappoint. I never bother with bad reviews normally but this is just a joke now. Orders are always wrong and always missing items and when you get them to fix it, they take that long that the rest of the meal is already cold waiting on the remake food. I will just make the extra travel now to go to the other McDonalds.

Asked for a decaf latte because I have heart palpitations from caffeine. Was given a proper coffee after confirming it 3 times with 3 different staff members. The manager apologised.

Usually this place is pretty good with the front counter service, but tonight that just went entirely out the window. After being told that they were having issues with the topping machine and made to wait for 20 minutes for 4 sundaes, at least the best they could’ve done is clean the sundae containers from the drips when they put the toppings on. I asked the guy who gave me my order and his reply was “oh sorry but I won’t be able to do that”. And I thought that product presentation is what keeps your customers coming back??? Not on this night. Here’s a photo of my order. I’ll let you be the judge.

Burgers are fine but drinks and flurries and only half full. Never get coffee right, feel like I'm ignored very disappointed. The people taking orders need to give correct information cause I've been given wrong prices several times

Second time I have had items missing or incorrect from my order (first was a quarter pounder instead or a double quarter pounder and today missing large chips) after ordering today and 3/4 full drinks.Im editing this. Because it happened again today 16th June. Ordered my toddler some nuggets and when we got home they put cherry tomato's in there instead. How do you mix them up? How?!?How does this qualify as good customer service? It doesn't.

Went through the drive thru twice... I'd ordered a burger adding extra sauce and bacon. Got the sauce, no bacon. After going through the second time and still not receiving bacon, I had to get out, go in and have them make it a third time. The manager roasted the workers and they simply laughed at him in front of me. Very poor service. I hope the owner of this store sees this! You need to review your staff. Time of purchase was approx. 1:40pm 15th Feb.

Friday 19/05. I want to thank the staff that were working this morning. Usually people leave bad reviews, but today I was impressed with the great service I received from each staff member that spoke to me through the drive thru. The food was hot and freshly made too. Yum! Thank you for a good experience

1 star so I could post but really you deserve 0 stars. Worst Maccas ever. Missing items so many times. Last week my Daughter ordered a chicken fillet burger got home and it had no bun, just the fillet, cheese and mayo slapped in the box. Tonight at 11:45 drive through order, got home and was given completely different food to what was ordered. Next time I’ll bill you for my fuel. Not to mention I saw a female employee come out the kitchen door to empty a rat from a cup into the garden while waiting in the drive through to correct the order.
