Kids Kingdom Learning

This is one of the best centres I've been to! Genuinely caring and competent educators, great curriculum, fantastic brand new facilities, lots of natural toys and management is very approachable. I love that they go above and beyond too by offering things like flexible hours, a bus pick up and drop off service, babysitting for parent's date nights. My boys love coming here, really appreciate all effort they put into helping us parents out in raising our kids.

My daughter has had an amazing time in this centre since we moved. At first she was very unsettled and cried all the time but the educators were very patient and taught her how to breathe and express her emotions using words. I was very worried that she was not setling in well so they uploaded photos of her on storypark everyday and this helped calm me down.Now my daughter cannot get enough of this childcare centre, she never wants to leave. They offer half day services, they are very flexible with timing, they cater to every child individually, they have amazing excursions and our best part as a family is date night. My daughter gets to eat pizza and watch a movie at night with her friends, while I and my go on a date, all for free. This place is just all we needed.

We looked at a few childcare centres when I decided to return to work and Kids Kingdom stood out by far. It has a carpark and also a convenient quick drop parking area directly out the front. The location of the center is brilliant and being near a school means it's a safe traffic area. The activities the children do are unreal and are mostly educational, sensory and engaging. Many I just don't have the time or resources to do myself. My daughter has learnt an incredible amount from the educators and the other children. She settled in very quickly and enjoys being there. I love the app and seeing what is happening during the day and is a relief to me when I'm missing her or wanting new ideas for things to do at home. The educators are kind, courteous and professional. They are tentative to the children, they all keep you informed about everything and they are now a part of our little girls life. If you choose Kids Kingdom, you will have chosen right.

Our daughters have been very well cared for here. Mariam and I have nothing but high praise for the wonderful team of people who look after them. Thank you for all that you do.

It is so hard to find a good childcare that has availability AND doesn't cost a fortune !Firstly , Kids kingdom Director is such a lovely lady and always welcome you with maintaining an open-door policy as she's always available to talk at any time with parents about concerns or a child's progress .Secondly, all the educators respect each child as a unique person, seeming to understand that each baby is different from the others , also they are very alert and ready to assist children with personal care routines .The outdoor environment is inviting and secure, safe, easily accessible, with age-appropriate outdoor equipment .Lastly, I must say they provide High Quality Care which makes Children Feel Safe and Secure .Thank you guys for being amazing and always looking after Esa.

I absolutely love this centre and the staff!!!I send my two youngest, almost 2 and almost 3yr old, my daughter has just gone into toddlers room and my son just gone into pre kinder, they both love it, get excited to go and I get to see their day through the parent portal updates, see what they have eaten and when they have slept or what they have done. As kids do hurt them selves the way they record everything, notify myself of anything makes me feel very comfortable with my babies in their care along with the bus facility and the excusions. As a single mum daycare is nerve racking at the least but my babies will continue here till they are off to primary school which I know they will well equipped when they do, I couldn't recommend them highly!!

This year I moved my son from an inner city centre to Kids Kingdom. The change has been fantastic. The staff are incredible attentive to his particular needs and engage in his interests. Since commencing at Kids Kingdom I've noticed an increase in his communication and development. Every day they go the extra mile to ensure he's happy and engaged. They keep me informed and up to date with his progress. They go out of their way to create special days and experiences for the children and my son loves coming home and telling me all about the adventures he's had during the day.

Fantastic center, staff are absolutely amazing. My daughter attends kids kingdom 4 days a week and is enjoying her time so much, she has developed so much since being there. The educators are so caring, friendly and supportive. Best decision I have made.

Amazing, caring, supportive staff, great teaching environment and lots of updates and photos sent every week! Since starting at Kids Kingdom, my now 2 year old son has learnt so much, his vocabulary has exploded and on the weekends when I ask him what he'd like to do or who he'd like to see, he starts reeling of his carer's names and his friends from Kids Kingdom!!! He loves it! I couldn't speak more highly of this special centre!

My 17 month old baby attended this childcare and below was the overall experience:- Good -Childcare location is good, and Maryam was pleasant in communication. She did adjusted the childcare attendance timings as per our request. They also offer a reasonably priced bus service which can help if you are a busy parent. Half day care facility is also available.- Bad -Except few, most of the child care educators are less experienced. My baby was badly hurt when he attended childcare last time. We were told that he was trying to climb on a wooden ladder and slipped from that. He had multiple cuts on left side of his face and few bruises on the head. I inspected the ladder later and found that it was part of the play area which is for older kids. Usually, ladders are for 3+ year kids and not sure what my baby was doing in this area. Really surprised on negligence shown on childcare part to allow my child to play here. Moreover, this incident happened at around 4:00 PM in the evening and no one from childcare notified us. I was told that ice was applied on the injuries after the incident. I believe as per rules if a child is hurt above neck then childcare should notify the parents immediately. Parents can be a great support in the moment of plight. We are still anguished when we think what our child has gone through, and it really pains to see his scars each morning. We are planning to take a formal action against this facility.In summary, I think we made a wrong decision in sending our child here. Primary driver was a half-day facility which helps in saving costs, however in retrospect that should not be the basis to make this important decision. Although childcare center apologized for this incident however we will not send our child to this center again, and will not recommend to our near/dear ones.
