I booked a last minute appt at Shivoo. Its my new hair salon now! Great cut and style and Tom was great.

i had dyed brown hair on top of dyed red hair. I had gone to several places and had been told that for a few highlights it would cost $300. For the same price I had my hair completely transformed to blonde in one 3 hour session. So happy with the results and he was so welcoming and friendly the whole time. he knows his stuff. It's been almost 3 weeks now and my hair is still a beautiful blonde and in healthy condition.

Absolutely love my hair! You can tell that they take real pride in what they do! Would definitely recommend!!

I'm not one to make bad reviews, as I understand that they can be damaging to business. However, if you're a man please go bald instead of coming here. It's less mentally difficult.Walking in I couldn't even visualise a haircut this bad if someone asked me too. I've cut my own hair better than Zohan.I'm not sure the name of the hair stylist, but he reminds me of Zohan from You Don't Mess With Zohan. He even had the moves, cutting my hair at incredible speed with the scissors not cutting all the way. Kept making these really random cuts that I've never had at proper shops. Maybe his brain just works faster than mine.Asked for almost nothing off the top, walked in with luscious medium length hair left with a Karen haircut. Asked for a fade.... got a 2 from bottom to top, didn't even leave a little bit where it meets the top.He didn't even ask how much I wanted off, he just made the first chop before I could speak which was 2-3x the length I wanted off.It' screams that one teacher in your high school who has short hair. $45 which is not a terrible price, but I've had students cut my hair better than this and actually listen.Can't forget there were two of us in the chair.... and only one hairdresser.... speechless.Nice guy in all honesty (I think), shocking haircut.

We agreed to only cut 1/2 inch, but he cut 1 1/2 inches offNo I did say I was happy. I said it was too short!! You know you cut off a lot more than 1/2 inchDuring the haircut I had to keep saying 'no not so short' but the next thing there was more cut off. Every hairdresser knows what 1/2 inch off means.You haven't explained why when we had a discussion and AGREED only cut 1/2 inch, you took it upon yourself without permission and cut off 1 1/2 inches?It is now going to take me months to grow it back!

Shivoo Hair Room is my go-to place for haircuts. Tom and Samah have done a great job! Samah cut my hair a few times about a year ago and I loved it. I got a haircut from Tom a couple of months ago and he knows exactly how I want my hair done! The team is friendly and timely. Very happy with their service.

Very disappointed, my hair is ruined!I came in just wanting a cut, wash and dry off which was 65 dollars.They washed my hair, then dried my hair. After that she switched with the other hair dresser which i was disappointed by but brushed it off he then asked me what i wanted and i told him Layers and curtain bangs and he said okay and began to do the curtain bangs. the layers were okay but he didn't even listen to when i ask him for a trim only now my hair is too short and is going to take forever to fix and grow out. Not only that it has become very knotty. He even forgot about the curtain bangs and i had to tell him. He then asked me 'what is that and i had to say it like my sisters it like up to your chin/mouth. He then tried to give me a fringe and make it shorter and i had stop him! Then started curly my hair which was weird because i didn't think thats what the service came with but thought it was (he didn't even use hair protector from the heat) then he said the total was 190! then as soon as i left i realised i was charged 95$ each. Now my hair is knotty and ruined. I have to pin the "curtain bangs" back because of how awful it is. If he didn't know what curtain bangs were he should of told me and not do what he thought it was.Never coming back.REPLY:I was never asked for a style nor told me the price before hand and it wasn't booked online

Shivoo is a beautiful clean salon. Always offered a coffee aa soon as you walk in. Tom is amazing at what he does. Every time I go I know I will come out with an amazing haircut and colour. My hair has never looked so good.
