What is with the folklore about VW being a great brand? Hopefully the myth will soon give way to the truth. In next to no time, you will find that your cars electrical systems are possessed, & unfortunately they only haunt you when your car is not actually at a diagnostic. They will dummy-fix your car & give you run around explanations & keep doing so, to get your car past its 5 year warranty- after that its problems are unfixable I’m sure. But it is probably best to not bring the car in for a VW diagnostic/service. Rockdale & sydney city (mascot) can screw up a simple appointment so badly. You know the horror stories of surgery gone bad- where ppl would unbelievably get the wrong long amputated; its a bit like that with these guys.

This place has given me the best service twice now over 2 different cars all led by the wonderful Naomi ,she is a credit to this business and is a wonderful asset to it .

Great customer service and vehicle ready on time - my first visit to Volkswagen Rockdale - very impressed, will post a review after my second visit to compare with my first.First impressions are very encouraging.

Previous four years excellent service gave it a complementary clean etc. This year was a bit bad. Didn't change key battery as requested (didn't charge thankfully). Didnt clean car even though she said they would. Service log book was just thrown on back seat and books were loose.
