I’m perplexed Leanne has not got more 5 star reviews. Leanne & her team assisted us with settlement last month (Feb 2023) and we really lucked out with HQ Conveyancing. They were actually our second option because the first agent recommended to us was only able to respond to our calls and email 2 days later. Leanne responded to my initial text promptly and everything was smooth sailing from the get go. Email correspondence was always clear & concise and documentation mailed to us was accompanied with detailed instructions. A few days before settlement I called Leanne (in a bit of a panic) to seek clarification and her professionalism with advice and reassurance was outstanding.
