Hilltops Free Range
We met Anthony, owner and manager of Hilltops Free Range, as a neighbour to his caravan at a caravan site. We were impressed with what he told us about his intention to improve the soils of the land the farm occupied, and about the methodology he was developing to achieve this aim. He also generously gave us several dozen of his eggs over a period time. We liked them so much that I now make the effort to buy Hilltops from Harris Farms .... since they definitely, to our palates, taste significantly better than any other eggs commonly available, including the free range eggs from our local farmers' market!

Hilltops Free Range
A typical day at work involved collecting and cleaning eggs. The supervisors were nowhere to see the whole trial time and later told we are not suitable for this position and give us small unreasonable reasons to dismiss us. Felt really unwelcomed there sadly..

Just discovered these eggs at Coles. They are amazing! Closest thing I've had to my neighbours chook eggs.
