I’ve been a client of Hannah’s since her early apprenticeship days. She is an incredibly talented individual, who has always held herself and her craft to such high standard, and now she has brought those values with her to HKH. This beautiful and inclusive salon is somewhere that I believe all will be treated with kindness and respect. I would 100% recommend Hannah and her wonderful team at HKH any day!

I had the most wonderful experience with Chloe, she did an incredible job with my full head of foils, cut and style. This salon is exactly the kind of local business I want to support. Their policy on only doing one client at a time truly improves the service, it also seems far less stressful on the hairdressers as they are able to focus on one person at time demonstratig that quality not quantity" goes a long way. Wonderful customer service!! I called Hannah at the last minute, and she was so friendly and was able to fit me in. Her stylist did a great job and gave me exactly what I wanted. And for a reasonable price!! Highly recommend!!

My hair was styled. The wash and head massage was great to begin. I found the interaction friendly and professional. I had come in as a model for Hannah’s apprentice. The interaction between the two of them was positive, supportive and constructive. Thank you.

Bit disappointed in the service. Flying in from Tassie I was super excited to have my hair done as all my friends have had their hair done here by Han and her team. I booked an appointment online a few weeks ago for a service at 2:30pm as my flight landed at 1:30-2pm. During the week I was contacted to bring my appointment forward to 2pm as they couldn’t do a balayage retouch/ toner and cut if it started from 2:30. I agreed and said I didn’t need the cut but happy to try and get there for 2pm. My flight was delayed and landed at 1:55 and I called them once I got out of the airport at 2:15 to say I won’t make it in time and will be there for 2:30pm. I told them I’m happy to just have a minor retouch/ maybe even just a face frame and no cut BUT even then they couldn’t do it and my appointment was cancelled. Im pretty sad tbh.

Hannah is the definition of amazing! I have never been even slightly disappointed with her hair cutting services, and leave her salon so happy every single time guaranteed. She is so accomodating, and the salon is beautiful! Thank you again for all your help!
