Blood on sheets. Metal spring poking out of mattress. Dust so disgusting it's unbelievable the owner thinks it is lettable. Filthy everywhere. Bedding so gross. Mouldy shelves in bathroom and sink. Hairs in bathroom. Window ledges and all surfaces absolutely filthy. Kitchen table not cleaned properly and much more. Owner refuses to discuss, or refund after we abandoned our stay on first night.

Great location, close to the beach.The apartment needs a good clean and dust.The dust was everywhere, on the bed blanket, all furniture, kitchen bench, microwave, etc.We were scared to put on the fan , because we could see dust hanging on the side of the fan. Definitely will never come back.

Stayed at apartment 1 recently for 3 nights, the name had been given to us by NRMA who had no vacancies. The owner of the accomodation made out that the apartment to be wonderful and had all the bells and whistles for a fabulous stay.We had to call her when we arrived at the apartment and she came round with the key's, all she went on about was how much she had done to the apartment and that it was equipped with tea, coffee and cleaning products nothing about the apartment and what it didn’t have.The place was unclean, grease on oven, dirty grill, dust everywhere and cobwebs on fans, broken dirty dusty blinds.The bed was very low and very old, linen had seen better days. Floors very dirty. The tv didn’t work whatsoever so no tv for 3 days.Mice droppings littered round the apartment , we told the owner with no response.The toilet was running constantly, after notifying the owner she came round but didn’t get it repaired and told us that the toilet was fine and that’s how it should be.We were shocked that it had been sold to us as if it was a 5 star apartment.The parking area where we were told to park our car had a shade sail on it which fell on our car and dinted the car.It was the worst 3 nights of our trip away and would not recommend anyone to go there unless you are prepared to be disappointed.

Have had a wonderful two weeks of rest & relaxation. Great place, so close to beach, shops & walks. Will return.
