Do believe the hype. This place deserves recognition.The place is spotless, well put together and excellently staffed.The meat is fresh and hardly ever seasoned so you taste the cut.You get to watch the kitchen working and tenderizing the meat.Most plates come with a show so it's entertaining to watch.Prices are a bit extraordinary but the overhead is visibly high so it's justifiable.The original location is great and all but it's always busy. This one was easy to get in.
