Whether beginner or advanced, classes are always challenging and enjoyable.KMA is not just a martial arts school, it instillslife skills like discipline, focus, respect, enhances confidence and self esteem.It is an all-round self defence program including practice of anti-bullying techniques.In the time I have been training, my confidence has grown, my balance, coordination and fitness has all improved and I have skills I can now use the rest of my life.
