I recently engaged with the team from Tough Floors to complete repairs on a previous job I had completed for a client. Their response and help in the matter was both professional and helpful whilst also understanding of a difficult situation. The team completed the job in a timely matter and to an excellent standard, assisting with colour selection along the way. The whole process was very straight forward and has seen a satisfied client with a fabulous looking garage floor after a problem arising from the slab initially left them with a damaged finish.This job ended up being a complete redo and as someone who has worked in the industry, I was very impressed with the whole process and final product. Thank you to Daniel, Euan and the team at Tough Floors for transforming our ugly tiled bathroom floors into beautiful floors that everybody goes gaga over when they see them. Tough Floors provided a cost-effective solution which saved us about $20,000 during our recent renovations and with some other clever design elements enabled us to create an updated and cohesive look with the rest of the house. Daniel was amazing in managing the process and despite the weather and other circumstances being against him at times, he was so professional and went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the end product. We love the floors and they are so easy to clean.

Where to start, Euan was very quick to respond to initial enquiry, attended site and provided a quote within a week. Work was scheduled for a few weeks later. Paul and Duncan arrived on time and were the most easy going and pleasant guys to deal with. They left the site in a very tidy condition at the end of the day. Andre and Jack continued the job for the rest of the week and they were very friendly, personable guys. Quick to get in and get the job done in a tidy, professional manner.Each time they left the site, all the workers left it in very tidy condition and always communicated how the day went and what to expect the next day. The end result will speak for itself in the pictures, they had a very tough job to do with the condition of my patio floor.I will not deal with anyone else, if required, again. With other companies contacted and no reply, Euan and the team have really outdone themselves.Pricing was great, work was completed on schedule and to a standard above expectations.Don't bother looking to any other company, this is the team to contact, they will bring magic to any area.

Tough Floors are incredibly professional and maintained direct contact with me throughout every stage of the project. Paul and Duncan were so considerate, explained every step of the process to me, and were mindful of the neighbours in my apartment building. I can recommend them to anyone considering resurfacing their balcony. My old tiles were over it and now it looks brand new. I'm very happy with the end product.

We had Euan from Tough Floors transform our garage from stained bare concrete to a fabulous textured finish back in 2017. Euan was prompt, courteous and very professional. A pleasure to deal with. We could not have been happier.Six year later, the epoxy coating was showing signs of deterioration. It was only a strip that is outside of where the garage door closes, this is apparently due to exposure to the weather. This issue has nothing to do with Tough floors work, but basically a problem with the product.I contacted Euan for help with what could be done. Ever pleasant, Euan dispatched Andre who came and removed the deteriorated strip and applied a new coating to the exposed area. While understandingly, it was not possible to perfectly match our original floor we are very happy with the match and the result. There was no charge for this work and we are very grateful to Euan for looking after us.In short. If you want someone who is professional, accommodating, easy to work with, does a brilliant job, and stands behind his work, you cannot go past Euan and Tough Floors. Highly recommended 10 out of 5 stars!

I would say two things...good quality and good customer service.We live at Wellington Point and we sought Tough Floors out to do our job on the basis of recommendations from our Neighbours.They were prompt in quoting, scheduling and competing the job and we were very pleased with the result.The original job was completed in mid 2022 but because our original garage floor was in poor condition there was some cracking which caused some minor defects to appear. This was not because of any fault in the original preparation which was done professionally by Tough Floors.Despite this defect not being their fault Tough Floors approached the after sales service with professionalism and they came out promptly to undertake the repair without charge.

We had tiles on our front porch and back patio that was always needing to be cleaned as it showed up so much of the dirt and our dog's prints. We also had a shed with a concrete floor that needed a bit of sprucing up. We decided to get all three done at the same time and Tough Floors could accommodate that.There were good colour options to choose from with Tough Floors and I loved that you could add glitter and glow in the dark to the mix as well!Paul and Duncan did an amazing job and kept me informed of the process. Their attention to detail was brilliant. All the areas looked more modern and smart, the flooring improved the overall look, and the bonus is there is not as much cleaning to do!I would highly recommend.
