I have my1990 Toyota HiAce (Japanese import) campervan serviced there. I have always found the Staff to be friendly and polite. The reception area is clean and neat. They are honest and trustworthy people I have no hesitation in recommending them to care for your motor vehicle..

Dustin and the team were amazing! I had my windscreen replaced and he was so responsive and organised it so well and fast. The job was done fast too and it looks great! Really happy with the service!

Up until now I've been a repeat customer, now I'll be looking elsewhere. They seem very happy to do basic servicing and let's be honest you don't need to be a 1st year apprentice to refill wiper fluid or change oil, my problem came when I specifically asked them to change the dash lights, they decided it was too much work and they were going to have to charge me extra so they didn't do it. I'm happy to pay fairly for work done and I am well aware it would have been a annoying task which is why I wasn't planning on doing it myself, where I draw the line is when my time is wasted.

Had some issues with my estima van. Nobody would touch it as it’s a Japanese import, I got from multiple mechanics that it was impossible to source parts and even it they did get them it would be too expensive and too time consuming, even Toyota didn’t want to work on it. I got told, nope we can’t get those parts in…..I was left pretty annoyed and frustrated, I came across import Revolution and gave them a call, I spoke to Dustin who said “yep we can do it” he booked me in within 20 seconds and I felt much better.I have to say throughout the entire experience with these guys and girls, it’s been an absolute pleasure. Dustin from the get go, professional and polite and seems pretty happy with his job which is a bonus.The mechanic Andy who worked on the car, kept me updated all throughout the process as there was some other issues I knew about that needed doing so I got Andy to do all the rest and OH YES! Andy even washed my car for me! What an absolute champion! .I just want to say, in this day and age it’s hard to trust mechanics in my opinion and I’ve dealt with a lot. import Revolution have to be by far the best mechanics I’ve ever dealt with.Thanks again and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with you lot.The van runs a million times better. It’s so quiet and smooth. It kinda feels like new again. A massive thank you to Buddhi and the team for getting my Nissan X-Trail GT complied and registered. There were a few extra things I needed before delivery and they were happy to help. Communication was great and everyone is friendly. I will definitely use them for another import in the future!

I have imported many cars over the years from Japan and collected great deal of knowledge including tuning. After purchasing Toyota Estima for driving kids to school I have contacted Import Revolution for servicing and since then I have to say that they are hands down the best import and Japanese service centre in Melbourne. Their main mechanic is very skillful and has a great knowledge of Japanese cars. Note that this is not a car tuning workshop but a sales and service centre. I 100% recommend this place. However, please remember that even if some import and service places are really good at what they do you still may run into chance of having a fault with an import car and this is not your or centre fault. Please remember to service your car regularly (like every 5000km) and don't rev engine (unless it's a VTEC Honda - non turbo). Good luck with your future purchase or service.

Trustworthy helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased an Estima GSR50 about 5 years ago. Every single interaction during the sale, a few warranty items and anything we have ever needed has been excellent. It would be nice if the rest of the auto sales and service industry was a bit more like iRev.
