Amazing service from start to finish. My mum was in hospital and I am stuck in isolation in Brisbane. I rang Eliza at 2pm to see if I could arrange a floral delivery. They were out of flowers but instead organised a beautiful fruit basket. I rang at around 3:30pm to change the delivery address because my mum got sent home & it was delivered to her doorstep by 4pm. Thank you so much you made her day!

Eliza the florist went out if her way to deliver her flowers to a friend just outside town. She called me to advise me my friend wasn't home so got in touch with my friend and Eliza delivered the flowers nearby. She kept me informed right through. I live approximately 2,000 kilometers from Stanthorpe. Lovely flowers, lovely caring service from Eliza. All this was done after hours. Thanks Eliza.

Easy to order .very happy .

I was very disappointed with the bunch of flower sent to my mum. I had paid $70 plus delivery ($12) and the amount flowers was dismal and did not meet my expectations. Mum was happy but assumed I had only spent $40. I wanted her day to be special. In future if you do not have the flowers in stock, do not take the order.

Rude & Unreliable florist. I happen to walk in, ask a question about my wedding flowers & got a rude I am not doing wedding flowers anymore". I am not sure that the lady was even going to let me. Completely shocked by such rude service. Do not recommend."

I ordered a sheaf of Red Roses for my Sister- in laws funeral, to be delivered April 8th to the church in Stanthorpe. I received an email from them 13 mins before the service started , ( so how could I change the order ) saying they were unable to fill the order, but had substituted a pale cream instead . 3 of the roses had a brown tinge on edge, & each rose cost me almost $ 20 each, I was very upset & disappointed, I had wanted colour, & the Funeral director had recommended the florist . I Live in another state, & had no idea who to use, this business was obviously a bad choice, Anne Marchant.

I have ordered flowers from this florist a number of times. We live on the Sunshine Coast and have an Elderly Aunt in Stanthorpe. She has always been exceptionally pleased with the quality of the flowers and the fact that they last so long. The florist that I have spoken to on the phone has always been very obliging and helpful. Very Happy
