Zen Cafe
Just got a mushroom pie and a sausage roll, I hoped they tasted better than they look but after 1 bite of each I couldn't throw them in the trash fast enough. Both were less than lukewarm warm, cold, the meat was minced to a paste, I could taste sugar and the pastry was like damp cardboard. Absolutely dreadful.

This cafe used to be great! Went there yesterday and there were dirty plates and cups on every table, floors filthy and the single staff member was standing around just chatting to a customer. Unfortunately we didn't have time to go anywhere else. I must admit the coffee was nice though I wasn't convinced it would be coming in a clean cup! During the 1/2 hour we were there no attempt was made to collect dirty dishes etc. Won't be going back.

Ordered a small sponge cake for my best friend's birthday. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Cake was absolutely delicious. Very impressed with their customer service. Thank you.

This place is not maintained. I go to sit down and theres dirty cups at table. The girl hands me my food and places clean knife and fork on dirty tableI tell her its dirty and she comes and wipes table down. Ive been sitting here 30 mins and no one cleans any tables the customers seem to clear it themselves old crumbs and dirty spills still to be seen.I wont be coming back, watching staff its about the turnover not the customers!!!

I happen to stumble into cafe zen in belmont only recently new to the area . Let me tell you a funky Cafe Everything Baked on site . I was very suprised that they had gluten free options , Not just in savoury but sweet too .Thanks for a lovely Lunch and amazing service

Dirty, coffee tastes gritty n too hot.My cup had tomato sauce on it. The floor was sticky... as we were leaving staff was just “blowing crumbs onto floor” with a garden blower!!! No mopping here!

This place used to be at the top of the Geelong-Cafe Bakery game, but no longer. Like other comments it now lacks energy, the food is ho-hum and the coffee is very very ordinary. Its fine for a quick 'pre made' sandwich stop but thats about it.
