Good quality product, service was good until I said I was there for a click and collect order and because of my name automatically assumed the order was for a man, and tried to say I couldn’t collect it.

Great store with all you need for your camping and 4wd needs. The customer service reps are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. They know the 4wd and kings gear inside and out. The guys helped me with universal tub rack and with rooftop tent and a solar and battery set up. A shame that their massive building that was being utilised for professional installations is now empty due to apparently not making enough profit.

Buyer beware. Be very careful buying any package deals. Been waiting nearly a month. We ended up contacting them ourselves only to find out part of our package was now obsolete (but still advertised online for purchase). We now have to find another part from another place. When asked if they had any suggestions after a refund, was told to try BCF. But absolutely no apology. My birthday present is now incomplete, a kayak without an oar or a seat. Pretty much up the creek with no seat or paddle. Makes the kayak useless. Avoid Kings!Thanks for the response Courtney! I love that there is no means to be able to reply on your customer response platform. We still didn’t get any ramification of purchase, but you still hold peoples money when products are not available. You still advertise them for sale and keep peoples money until they realise that product is now obsolete. It’s an absolute wrought. Your franchisees make no apology. I think the kings brand may have a limited longevity. I sincerely hope that people realise that you just take their money and not deliver on goods and services. But make money on the payments held. ATO is now involved. Yay.

Having significant issues with our trailer, which we spent over $20k on. Bought early last year, had to wait 3 months for delivery. Li-ion batteries were not in stock for months after that which we paid for. Have been issued with Nicad batteries which did not hold charge. Had to chase up Li-ion batteries as they did come back into stock but noone notified us. No help was provided with replacing the batteries, so the trailer is sat there not working with 0 support recieved from Toowoomba store. Have never has such bad experience with customer service. Very dissappointed and cannot even get a hold of anyone to raise these concerns. Looking to drop off the trailer at the front if the store as to get some help or answers is impossible. Really have no words.. for such a significant purchase... will NEVER be buying from this store again! Extremely regretful purchase!

Warning!!!!!Salesmen at this store gave me false and misleading information on a product. I purchased this product to find out it was not fit for my purpose.The store manager would not refund my money. Had a salesman shove their store policy under my nose stating no refund, and at the store’s discretion maybe a store credit. Will be contacting ACCC with my personal concerns.….. product was worth about $40. I was there to spend today 25/06/2023 $1000+. Dumb decision by the store manager.……………..E D I T………..FALSE AND MIISLEADING INFORMATION.NOT A CHANGE OF MIND.Very happy I didn’t spend too much on this rubbish product

Awesome service. Bought a gazebo tent. (Been living in a tent for 2 years) Went above and beyond for me, even not knowing of my situation. I've spent at least 2k at different kings stores and have always had good service but this one young woman was awesome at customer service and went above and beyond for me. Wish I got her name so I could put it in the review but hopefully she knows what she did for me.
