Thank you to Wes and his team for making a such a sad situation bearable. They were so caring and helpful with suggestions and made the whole process easier than I imagined. I have been involved with other companies for past funerals and this was the best by far. I have recommended them to all my friends. Also a big thank you to Craig the celebrant for all your help and the lovely additions to the eulogy ..the cans have been a big talking point!

Craig from Tweed Heads Branch, is a wonderful human being. He was so caring and organised the funeral of my beloved husband in a most beautiful way and I would recommend their services to any bereaved family.Thank you Heritage Brothers, you made my sorrow easier to bear.

Ashley and Tahlia made us feel very welcome and supported from our first step through the door. They continued with excellent service and advice. Even last minute changes were not a problem. And the ability to view the service recording really helped with friends and family that couldn't travel. Thankyou.

Everything was fulfilled so promptly and with care. His advice was so helpful. What a relief to know it was in such capable hands with no stress to us. I wanted to share my family’s experience with Heritage Brothers Funeral Services. My mother passed away in Melbourne but wanted to be buried with my father in the Tweed Valley Cemetery. I didn’t know where to begin but fortunately my cousin had been to a funeral by Heritage Bros and was very impressed, so I got I touch and it was like all my concerns were resolved immediately. Craig was so professional, he took care of the transporting of Mum’s body with him in Qld and me still in Melbourne. All the arrangements were done on the phone until I was able to get to Qld, and it could not have been more beautiful. Our celebrant, Pat was perfect for Mum and all who attended were very impressed with all the arrangements.I can not speak highly enough about how professional Craig and Heritage Brotherswere with my family. Highly recommended.

I can’t thank Heritage Funerals enough for making a difficult time as easy as possible in the final aspects of our Mum’s arrangements.Right from contact by phone, our first meeting through to the Service and beyond, Heritage where excellent. Probably the best aspect was the superb advice and ability to support our Mum’s wishes, that Heritage was able to provide the complete Service and package at their location, and their support throughout the process. Essentially they led us through the complete period at a difficult time, and took care of a lot of items and arrangements that we did not think of (eg: video on a USB of the Service).I would particularly like to mention Wes the principal, and Thalia who was often our point of contact. I would also like to acknowledge Vicki, the Celebrant organised by Heritage who did a lovely job; and the lady providing the refreshments at the conclusion.We were very happy indeed and I know Mum would have been as well.Many thanks - The Cronin’s

I had a very pleasant experience with Heritage Brothers. Craig went out of his way to assist myself, my family and friends, leading up to and including the day of my husband’s funeral. I would just like to say Thank you for Spoiling our day today.I travelled down to Tweed Heads from Brisbane, my sister and brother in law travelled from Surfers Paradise & my nephew also travelled down from Brisbane to collect my mothers ashes that my Sister had organized to be collected from the Tweed Heads office.We were going to make a special day out of it. Collect the ashes, go and have a lovely brunch somewhere and then take the ashes out to Kingscliff to their final resting place. But do you think it happened like that, NO IT DIDN'T.We arrive to collect them only to be kept waiting while the woman went to find them. She returned 10 minutes later to tell us that they weren't there. My sister and I were not happy by this. This blonde haired woman showed no remorse what so ever. She said that if we wanted to them we would have to wait this later this afternoon. My sister told her how far we travelled but she didn't seem to care. ( They had already gotten our money so there was no care factor anymore. ) My sister said don't worry about it, we will go and get them our selves.So we drive all the way back up to Burleigh to get the ashes. We arrive there, get ushered into the room. Then the woman comes in with the blue bag with the ashes and the book in it. My sister then asks, Where is the cross from the coffin? The woman didn't realize there was a cross. My sister told her there was, so she went to have a look for it when everything should have been together in the first place. She returned with it and we left. We didn't get to have our lovely day like planned because my sister had another engagement to go to.I then had to drive all the way back down to Kingscliff to give the church the ashes.Whilst they did a good job of the funeral, anything after that was not good. I DO NOT recommend this company. Plenty of others out there.
