Chased them twice after nearly a month only to be told the part was no longer available. Stand out poor service!! I paid $149 service call for nothing. GET OUT OF THIS BUSINESS MAS. I was told they could not source the oven door hinge. They provided me with the part number and suggested I google it. Appears readily available in Australia. If I get the hinges will MAS fit them? They initially assured me there would not be a 2nd service call charge - only parts. Will they standby this assurance?

Second time during a year my relatively new dishwasher has faults and every time quite grumpy lady speaks to me over phone expressing no care at all and every time I am waiting 2-3 weeks for parts to be ordered and then another additional period of time for parts to be replaced. Very poor service for the price that I have paid for my appliance.

Used the form on their website to submit a request for quote on a oven spare part. Even sent photos, model numbers detailed enough to provide them sufficient information.Webpage says that I would receive a reply on 24 hours.That was 2 weeks ago.Rang in to speak to the phone operator and was told that they “could not find anything in their system”.Asked if I could get a quote now, they said “give them a few days”.Surprised that this information is not readily available, especially to a sole agent.I’d be happy to review my rating should they actually come back to me “in a few days”Update: they did get back to me but I had already found and alternate source for the parts. I’ve increase my rating of them to 2 stars as it doesn’t warrant acceptable service and my online request should have been dealt with promptly in the first place.

The lady at the reception is very rude and grumpy towards customers. I felt like i'm being treated as an inconvenience. It Cost nothing to treat people like human beings who deserve respect and understanding.

Came and fixed our stovetop, unreal guy, arrived dead on time and was super friendly and helpful! Would use again definitely!

Always come through every time our Smeg oven goes mental, make sure to order parts to the front desk over the phone first as there does seem to be a process.

I have been waiting 12 months to have my Smeg oven repaired. An attempt was made to repair it in January however the correct part was not sourced and when the oven was re-installed it “blew up”. Despite repeated attempts to follow up and advice that it would be fixed in June I am still waiting. Poor customer service, waiting days for return phone calls that do not happen.

I had my SMEG oven repaired this week. The guy on the phone was really nice and polite, the text message with the 2 hour service window time came as he said and the service guy was quick, efficient and friendly. I nearly didn’t use this company because of the Google rating, but I’m so glad I did. I would definitely recommend and use again.
