Such a positive experience from start to finish. I popped in the night before to make an appointment for the next morning, and they were so warm and welcoming. I was the first to arrive on a Sunday morning and the two ladies couldn’t have been nicer. I had the lovely Happy, and had SNS nails. I had to have a tip applied for a nail that had broke previously, which was a reasonable $1. Happy was so meticulous and made sure I was happy with my nails. I will definitely be back :)

I left the salon with thick, out of shape nails that point upward. I was brushed off stating it was the oval shape making them point upwards and still paid full price. Not good service.

Worst pedicure I have ever had in my life. I thought I'd treat my daughter and myself for lovely pedicure for our holiday. It was rushed, no massage, just a quick 5 second rub. A huge disapointment. No people skills, just rush to get you finished. Cost was $100 for the two of us for a very poor job. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. i

I think the ladies at this nail salon are very rude and disrespectful, they have ongoing conversations with each other as they work on nails and barely speak to there customers, the lady who did my nails was very rude to me when I asked her a question about my sns nails. Also I think the quality of my nails could have been a alot better as she did really rush through the service.I will not be going back to this salon and I don't recommend them.

I literally got my nails done two days ago (sns), they chipped the next day. I have never had my sns chip or start lifting until 3 weeks after I have had them done. Not only is it the worst job I have had done, I also sat in that salon for 2 hours for bad quality nails. I have tried to call the number listed, says it’s disconnected so I can’t even speak to someone about my nails and getting a refund. I am returning Interstate so wouldn’t be able to come in store again to get them fixed. I honestly wouldn’t anyway, was torturous enough sitting there once. Also the eftpos machine wasn’t working so I had to transfer money to a bank account which I found slightly dodgy. Anyway long story short, if you want nails that will chip and have cracks in them the next day and to waste about 2 hours of your time then by all means go here. Otherwise find somewhere better, I’m sure just about anywhere would be far better.

Really lovely experience. The artists took their time and did a beautiful job on mine and my friends sns!

Nice girls, terrible thick nails with lumps and not adequately workedproperly to an attractive shape!Horrible and now I need to try to file and buff at home before Christ!!Disappointing for me, but they had a lot of clients - maybe just a one off.I won’t bother again. It’s not rocket science - they specialise in Nails…. They had One job…

Received SNS nails here two weeks ago. The girl cut/scratched my finger with one of the drills, almost like a paper cut underneath the cuticles. Two weeks later I went to a different salon to have the SNS replaced, and found green splotches on two nails! I've been advised this looks like a bacterial infection (potentially pseudomonas) likely due to water being sealed in between my natural nail and the acrylic. So a fun two week nail makeover is now likely to turn into several months worth of treatment, possibly antibiotics, and careful watching to make sure the infection doesn't burrow" into the nail bed."
