Personalized Service and a great variety of Office Chairs (the reason I was there). Thought the prices were pretty reasonable. Took my chair away same day, assembled it in 30 mins, and bob's your relo. Very happy.

Great selection. Decent prices. Helpful staff.I neg'd one star because I've had some issues with quality. The staff have always been fast to respond to issues and replace parts, but I am concerned about the longevity of the products once warranties expire

As an update to my original post - we bought Executive Chairs for $369 each, where the seats had started to disintergrate on both chairs. The 3 year warranty had run out. Initially a staff member indicated there was nothing Empire could do - however the Manager stepped in and efficiently provided us with a totally acceptable option, despite no longer stocking the office chairs we had originally purchased. - fabulous! Great customer service and thank you Empire Furniture.

My chair had some issues with the locking mechanism and arm rest . Contacted support and they were amazing. Organised replacement parts . And when I came in they reassembled the chair with the new parts, very quickly . Highly recommend
