We chose Mr Eco because he is a local Solar business, not a big company so we know where our hard earnt money actually goes. How glad we are with our choice! We get a 10year warranty + for every year he will come clean + service our solar panels. He will also contact us if any of our panels are down & not working. If that's not great customer service I don't know what is. Now to enjoy 1/2 price energy bills to come. This man knows his stuff! Everyone should give the little guys a go, you won't be disappointed.

James completed our installation professionally and on time. The HWS is working well. We had solar panels put on last year by James and he is always available to answer any questions. We are impressed with his knowledge and on going assessing to make sure we are getting the best results. We have no hesitation in recommending James and feel very reassured that he has our best interests at heart.

James is a great Sparky honest well priced and does the extra things. For example our 1yr old dog had bitten through through a power lead on our pump. My wife called in the late morning to ask James if he could come out. He fitted us in the late arvo. He did a great job replacing the lead but the extra stuff i refer to he put strong conduit along the lead and screwed down the pump cover to the concrete so it couldn't be moved easily in the future. 2 things that he didn't need to do. LOL and he brought along his Son to play with our pup. So 5 Stars all the way will be diffidently in contact when i need my solar setup done :)

From the initial contact James was friendly and professional. He quoted work on the phone and stayed true to that quote, even providing discount for multiple fans installed. He also confirmed booking the day before he was due out. Whilst he was at our home he installed our fans in a timely matter and even cleaned up after himself! He made some suggestions and modifications where required and we are very happy with the end result. We wouldn't hesitate to use James again (he's now saved in our contacts) as well recommending him to other people. His friendly and approachable manner is a welcome trait in a tradie! Thank you James!!!!
