Ideal placement has been awesome I couldn't recommend Scott enough! He goes above and beyond to help support you in every way he can nothing is to much trouble. Not to mention just a down to earth top bloke. You can tell Scott loves what he does and it shows. Hes worth his weight in gold!

Rude staff that don't listen and try to shift the blame on you. Any one with depression should avoid this place as the staff will try to tear you down and belittle you.

Eager, friendly staff couldn't have done it without them. They've been a massive help.

IDEAL Placements goes out of their way to provide on the job support to the people they place which in turn supports the employer who has engaged the employee. They help with the correct wage, workplace modifications and wage subsidies. If you are an employer call IDEAL, I am sure they can help you find the right fit for your business.

It's a shame Google won't let me give this 0 stars. The first two meetings were entirely paperwork the third one is one is where thing got interesting Ray actively discouraged me from finding work I was feeling it particularly positive today so I assured him that I was keen to get a job as politely as I possibly could then when I asked if there was anything besides Coles and Woolworths which I have already applied to he took it very personally telling me that I was being rude to him and he would make me leave if I didn't stop I apologized that I was coming across that way and assured him it was not a personal attack it wasn't an attack of any kind he wouldn't let it go so I eventually had to let myself out... wouldn't recommend this place to anyone but if you're depressed DEFINITELY DON'T GO HERE! the staff don't want to help you find jobs they just want to make you hate yourself and win arguments regardless of whether or not your trying to have one I'm never going back to another job agency because of this experience.

Very helpful and informative. They know their job well and do it with expertise.
