My very personal experience is that I attended 4 sessions, and no progress was made - it was simply me talking about my past, with no actual directions of methods to try. And then mid-way through my 4th session, was told that the therapist was probably not relevant for me, and that I should start seeing a different one there. This is despite me explaining clearly before attending what my issues were, and being matched with the first therapist. So, a total waste of time and money ($1200!). Have now found a much more action-oriented therapist.

Will have you complete a contact form on website about services, gather your personal details and then never call you to engage. Their Web page is just there to gather people's personal information without having to provide a service. They have no capacity uts a lie on their website of they never get back to you.
