Had a service in October 2019. Initially slighly less ants but no difference with spiders and cockroaches. Rob offered to come but if we still had problems and I have called several times just to hear another excuse or delay every time.A while after that I ended up calling someone else who DID fix the problem. No more huge creepy spiders since months.Also found it a bit unprofessional that the guy used my bathroom without asking while i left the house with my baby...

Awful. Absolutely awful. I have a newborn so it is really important that the ants in our home be gone. Dr.Pesty got in touch via one flare and after looking at his reviews, I decided to go ahead. Rob treated our house, however the ants did not go. I tried to contact him as he said to if the ants were still there and I had a 12 month warranty with him
