Grill'd Moonee ponds
Busy, busy, busy, but the staff worked like a well oiled machine. The staff did an unbelievable job, serving up great tasting, hot, fresh food, doing so promptly and with the friendliest customer service I have seen in years. The ordering process via QR scan was simple and effective. The tables were cleaned as soon as custoners left and staff wished us a good evening when we were walking out. A genuinely joyeus evening.

The lamb burger was soft and fresh. The hamburger was yum too. The salad was the star. Fresh, crunchy and with beets. The chips were nice.

Came for a quick dinner on a public holiday and order a bacon and cheese burger and a summer burger on low carb buns. When the order arrived the bacon and patty were burnt. I showed and asked the waitress for a change, which they did, but the new ones were the same (photos).

Super busy which was to be expected for a Friday night but good service & of course the food was excellent! Their sweet potato fries are the best & the impossible burger lives up to its name. Only thing that lets it down is the gluten free bread isn’t great but that happens.

The food at this Grill'd is usually delicious, sometimes (in my experience) you get the odd cold side dish but generally speaking good all round. They have plenty of seating, I particularly like up the back where there's more decorations and less noise. Staff are usually friendly.

Moonee Ponds store very much less than average for a Grill'd. I usually have mine at Southern Cross station. At SC they make you feel like they want you there, and the burgers not only taste great, they look great. Moonee Ponds staff not unpleasant, but not at all interested in elevating your experience, or in making your burger look appetising. Normally I feel happy at Grill'd, at MP I left feeling like 'meh, may as well have gone to Hungry Jacks' . Lift your game Moonee Ponds. Have some pride. It doesn't take much.

Delicious gluten free bun with my chicken burger. The bun had excellent texture and didn’t drown out the flavour of the burger fillings as so many other gluten free buns do. Also ordered a kids chicken burger meal which was well received by my child who is under 5. Kids meal burger would likely be too small for kids over 5. Look forward to eating here again!!

This Grill'd is the worst I have ever been to by far. After being served my burger, I noticed that there was a hair in it (which was supposed to be avoided by the staff wearing headbands) but none of them were. The lovely waitress was super apologetic and took it back to the kitchen where they made me another. Unfortunately, their second attempt was worst than the first. The patty was burnt to hell and completely inedible. Upon being understandably frustrated, I went up again to tell the staff that my burger was burnt. The girl Jess who looked to be in charge (who I later found out wasn't and there was not a manager on the floor) refused to refund me because it was apparently against their policy" despite serving me two inedible burgers. After wasting over an hour of my time

- Vege-burger was 4/5⭐ (minor animal fat from cross contamination of grill or spatula. I am hyper sensitive to flavour)- Large Chips to share (3x chip types & 3x dips) was 5/5⭐.. Zucchini chips were firm, sweet potato chips were delicious and traditional chips top notch
