Zweefers Cakes
I ordered 2 dozen cupcakes for our engagement party. The cupcakes were delicious and enjoyed by all but it didn't come without some hiccups. I placed my order in person 3 weeks before our event and was very particular about the colours and designs we wanted for each cupcake and assured all was possible. When I went to collect the cupcakes on the day of the event they were not made, they had been missed in the bake. The staff were very apologetic and were able to call their baker to come in and make the cupcakes but it meant I had to wait a further 30 minutes (I was meant to be at a pre-party lunch). Due to the time crunch I had to settle for basic piped rosettes instead of the flower designs I had originally requested on order. All in all the issue was handled and we got our cupcakes but it was not the kind of delay I needed or expected on the day of my engagement party.

Delicious Red Velvet cake for my daughters birthday and also to die for caramel cheesecake! It was my first time purchasing from here will definetly be going back! Highly recommend!

Attend this store to order and pay for my sisters birthday cake, the elderly lady serving was absolutely obnoxious.Her customers service skills can't be improved as she does not have any to start with.There was another customer picking up her $200.00 cake and she was horrified she was going home to best cream and have thr guests decorate her cake.I walkout out and with find another store that treats their customers with respect

I ordered a cake for my mothers birthday and i was so happy with it, it looked and tasted amazing. It was exactly as I envisioned. The staff are very helpful and accomodating, I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Went in this morning wanting to get a key lime pie, but was told they only have it in individual size so I had to pick another cake and since it was only my 2nd time to buy from this shop, it took me a while to choose. When my son asked me to get the cake with Biscoff I told the lady I'll just get the biscoff cheesecake" I was rushed to decide because she kept asking me every 10 seconds
