Fabulous little hotel. So convenient from the airport. Staff are wonderful. They remembered us from our departure and return. The food is great. We just wanted a light night snack, and it was perfect. Rooms are spacious modern and very clean. We usually stay right at the airport (other hotel)but never again. This is our new go-to airport hotel. Bus to airport is convenient parking is a bonus. Well done, Hyatt. We love it ❤️

I enjoyed this hotel greatly. The staff service was great and very kind. They offer free airport transfers and they also offered me a late check out due to a mix up. They also have a great audience hall and stage.

Stay there for more than 2 weeks.The lint on the bed sheet and blanket is very very very bad. Don't ever try to lay down with any black shirt or pants..!The housekeeping rarely wipe all the surface in the room including inner window frame. It was so dusty - for the long stay room - they just make up your bed, change your towels, and take out the trash (which once in a while they still forget). I report it to the front office, and yes the Housekeeping did it, but only that time, do I really need to ask it all the time? I don't think so, they should be cleaning the room properly every single day. If there's a rating for the room cleanliness, I'll give 1 star.But, hey, everything has 2 sides, Front office staff is very helpful and efficient, and Karen - the one who make coffee near the front office area, she's fantastic, I can see her sincere smile behind that mask and she's very helpful. Bravo and keep up the good job.One more thing: DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT. PLEASE.

The room was fantastic.Got a complimentary upgrade to a room that had a bathtub with a view. I'm just disappointed I didn't get to use it!The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the service was fantastic.Breakfast was delicious, and the chef was extremely friendly and hospitable.Highly recommended a trip to the LaManna Supermarket just across the road!

Great attentive service at breakfast. Modern & well maintained grounds and room. Location for us was not an issue as it was for a work function. If it was a family trip we would want to be based much closer to the city to open up more options within walking distance

I attended an event at the Hyatt Place Melbourne Essendon Fields event room and it exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly, room was great and food was fantastic. Would highly recommend.Thomas Ross also was very helpful with my queries when I rang up asking about some details from the event.

We had a 4 day family trip to Melbourne and booked in Hyatt Place at Essendon Fields and didn't regret it at all.Precise, quiet location and away from all the hustle and rush.We had a great time, Hotel staff is pretty good, paid parking is available on-site although reasonably charged.Rooms were clean, room service spot on.Tram stop right opposite the hotel, easy access to motorways too.Essendon Fields airport in the back, city view on the sides, sunset view in the front, can't ask for more.

Hyatt Place Essendon Field is located a 10 minute drive from the airport, MEL. Alternatively, the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle from the airport. Depending on traffic downtown or CBD, is only a 20-minute drive away. The hotel is a few minutes drive both restaurants and shopping if you want something else then the hotel kitchen or the attached gastro pub. There is a garden around the hotel, and plenty of parking spaces. The lobby area offers plenty of seating and both for eating and meetings. On the first floor is the is a good size gym with plenty of machines and weights. The rooms are a good size and well planned, working both for short and long stays. Overall, it is a nice hotel at a good location.

We spent a week here on a family recommendation, very easy to get too.Fantastic location with cheap parking.Good size King Room and a massive double Room with a bath tub.A fair selection for meals, Hotel food or Mr McCracken Bar.The let down at the Hyatt Hotel was the house keeping, very poor.It looked like a rushed job every morning and I had to mention that it was of a poor standard for a 4 star Hotel.They did make a effort to improve house keeping, but along way from good quality service for Hyatt Hotel.

It was good, but the toilet in my room didn't have a lock and it had a hole in the door. The view was fantastic though, you can see the airport and city from your windows.
