I came across Joya after a search for a feeding tube extension. Other companies had them but were charging a small fortune for them. I was relieved after seeing that Joya had them and other tube supplies like syringes for so much cheaper then other companies AND the shipping is so fast, literally only a few days (North Brisbane). This is the only place I purchase from now for those supplies.

Needed a product urgently, after getting out of hospital. Rang them and the guaranteed they would get in post that day so delivery would be next day. They didn't ship till 1pm the following day, no contact made to let us know, only got shipped once we contacted for tracking details.Working in medically supplies honesty is needed, had they not been able to ship we would of arranged someone to drive the hour there to collect the items instead we are now stuck risking infection having to wait until we receive product. That they guaranteed - don't make a guarantee if you cannot keep it.
