The boys took me in 1 week before Christmas at their busiest time as the original mechanic I had booked elsewhere screwed me around. The boys had my outboard fully serviced - new thermostat, spark plugs, water pump etc - and ready to go a day later. Can’t thank them enough for getting me in and doing such a great job, especially as I’ll be away for a fishing trip after Christmas! Thanks heaps guys, got a loyal customer in me I will be getting my servicing done here from now on. Highly recommend!

It's such a disappointment when a job worth $35,000 was not completed in a professional manner. Brand new engine and Bravo iii leg installed. That's the good part.I wondered why I had no lights or radio or depth sounder.Turns out the ignition key bolt has been damaged somehow and glued back in place. That means the accessories are always on. Easy fix - just cut all the wires to any accessories. Discovered this today and now know why nothing was working when they returned the boat.They Installed the brushed finish stainless steel props without consultation with me - now rusting away after 3 episodes in the water.Still waiting on the connection to the depth sounder 4 months after delivery of the boat.Cable ties holding the engine wiring harness all the way to the helm were cut when installing new engine harness and never replace - left the old cut ones in place.Replaced ignition key and then never returned our old keys - so now we cannot lock the cabin.Installed all nice new gauges and no hour meter.
