Called them twice to get price on build, Informed me somebody would call me back still waiting. First time was 2 week ago, second time few days ago. Jeff was good to talk to.Either Carlisle Home is to busy or they don't care about customer. Glad i got this kind of service before i built, so i know exactly what to look for.

Good verity of display homes.

Best layout designs among all the builders, we interacted with Matthew during our initial conversations on house design, upgrades and the whole process of building. He was very helpful and patient with all our amateur queries. So far the experience with Carlisle has been awesome and we look forward to the construction start of our new home.

Hong is the best guy to work with at Carlisle hands down. Answered all my questions and helped me get my stuff sorted out really quickly. Thanks!

Nice staff home is pretty

We recently had wonderful experience in Carlisle Homes Wollert. We met many building companies before and always in trouble with misunderstanding and communicate breakdown of some special or technical parts in building terminology cos English is not our first language. It is our pleasure and lucky to meet Mr Hong Xu here. Mr Hong Xu is very gentle, kindly, patient,helpful also responsible and professional as well. We can fully understand all the details and get warm help. It is good news for all the Chinese buyers there is a sale consultant can speak Mandarin. Dealt with Hong at Wollert and found he was very helpful and great at what he does and really knows his and the competitions stuff quite well. The team there are all very friendly and helpful which made our decision on purchasing a house from them much easier. It was the best fit for us with the least amount of compromise when it came to deciding on our dream home designed with our needs and wants in mind.

Excellent Builder with great house designs and sales staff. Highly recommended. Hong Xu is a great asset to Carlisle and has a wealth of knowledge.
