The Beauty & Brow Parlour Port Adelaide Plaza

I've attended this store 4 times and have only ever had my eyelashes refilled by the same lady who only works weekends. The service is lovely and I always leave happy with my eyelashes. When I haven't required much to be refilled, she has charged me less, and when there's more to do than usual, she charges a bit more, but it's justified because I can tell how much is required.

Staff and services are very bad there. Their behaviour towards customers is so worse and they just want to do easy jobs. I tried going there second tymBut they disappointed me like 1st time

Butchered my eyebrows, took a chunk out of one and left little hairs on the other :( tint was average! their not very polite and rush your brows even when there is no one else in the store. Disappointing!

Pretty disappointed with the lack of care and customer service given at the port plaza. I’ve previously been to other stores and have never had a bad experience. However, when I arrived home this time i had to pluck my eyebrows again myself as they had only done half the job. Again disappointed with the customer service as I was ignored when trying to make interactions with staff, not to mention them trying to convince me that I needed my top lip waxed even though I am blonde and therefore any hair is unnoticeable. What a way to make someone feel beautiful !!I won’t be back!!

It was my first time ever having my eyebrows tinted and shaped and my eyelashes tinted. The lovely lady Hemalata was incredible, so fast with the eyebrow threading and my eyes look beautiful now!Thank You

They do a excellent threading of my eyebrows and only costed $18.00

Worst customer service experienceI went for facial and told she will do massage for 10 mins for 70 dollars she was not using cream at all during so called massage and when asked she completed the facial massage in 7 mins I felt she was stretching my skin due to lack of product I felt I put more product on my face in morning as my moisturiser than she was using she also left the room widely open in between the facial . Other people were these and I feel so embarrassed she then put a mask on face with minimal product when I asked to atleast cover my face with mask she argued that if we use more product you have side effects .. I felt like crying as I spend my hard earned money not to get service but to take frustration of the customer service lady I was very disappointedI also done my eyebrows I wish I had read the reviews before coming to this salonAnyways too late for meNever going back .. keep this kind of service your business ‘s future is not very brightExtremely disappointedBig frauds

I booked the deep cleansing facial at Beauty and brow parlour Port Adelaide.Hema did my facial and it was perfect.She did it very best as well as her nature is also nice.She speaks very politely . I have amazing experience of Facial with Hema.

Worst choice I have ever Made to get services done from this place. I went for eyebrow waxing and she poured hot wax on my eyelashes. It took 40 minutes to take the wax out and she plucked alot of my lashes from roots leaving a gap in between. Just worried if it grows back or not.Later just said sorry. She claims she has never had an experience like this before but this is completely unprofessional. I would never ever recommend this place. I wish I could rate this place in negatives....Terrible service.
