Me and my partner just moved to Airlie beach .My partner bought some electrical appliances from prado week an a half ago. He is one of the best sales person I have meet so far as per knowledge wise , very good listener and a good person . He wasn’t pushy at all like other sales person . He gave us a very good advise as per our requirements and the main thing he will understand your budget and try to sort out everything within . I would recommend all the shopper who want best advice and best price please see prado . Manager should give him a pat on his back . Great service definitely coming back again .

Staff, Friendly, Helpful and NOT PUSHY...they were all just great.Good selection of choices available for us too, though we were JUST LOOKING & WEIGHING UP OPTIONS today. However we have a house to furnish so WE WILL DEFINATELY BE BACK.

Last week I was looking a few new items for my home. Pradip was very helpful and genuine. He wasn’t pushy and gave me his full attention. A nice guy and has good knowledge of his products. 100% recommended to see him if you are in store

Well priced friendly service

Not a nice experience. I went in looking for cheaper laptop to get me by while i waited on high end machines to be delivered for my surveying business. The salesman quite rightly pointed out that the cheaper ones were not going to do the job and i replied no problem i don't really need it. He then said wait take a seat we have an Optus deal that will see you buy one, obviously sales are down and he needed one. After he come back i explained i just walked in off the street and didn't have any ID. I said i have some in photos on my phone but you would need to change the dates the rest is legitimate. But not to stress i would be back either way my sister in law is the manager, i really didn't mind walking out empty handed it was all outside my budget.. Next minute the security is yelling at the top of his voice the person serving me is trying to calm him down and to date really know why he was starring me down. Obviously they upset a lot of people to require security front desk of such a tiny little shop in Cannonvale. But I certainly don't know this person and they don't know me, so i don't know why the guard even opened his mouth but its a big one(mouth) clearly.

I wish they would train the staff who are working in special areas like photography !!! I was there for over an hour trying to get photos done. I am not terribly computer literate & not able to negotiate that scene. Not everyone, especially the older generation, know how to do all that stuff & it's frustrating when the young ones who are paid to do a service, at times are only muddling their way through as well..
