Best spotlight in Brisbane so far. The layout of all departments, particularly the apparel fabric is great. The only improvement is their signage for each fabric type, wasn't accurate. But it was bright and easy to navigate.

Some racial education is definitely called for amongst staff here, the woman at the checkout just insisted on negative comments about how my African Australian baby will “hate her hair” when she gets older even though she looks cute now, when I politely informed her that her hair is gorgeous and her mama is literally professionally qualified to look after it, so she’s being raised to love and care for her hair, this woman still persisted in adamantly speaking negatively about her biracial hair!This is micro aggression and it’s not okay!

My wife wanted to return some excess balls of wool bought to make a cardigan for a neice. Can’t refund over 28 days from purchase . Takes longer than that to knit the cardigan at a leisurely pace.What year is it ? 1823?
