Had the most amazing experience with my LTO Michael . He was such a nice person and helped me feel relaxed and confident for the drive test and had clear instructions on directing the learner driver through the test route. Really friendly staff members as well.

I had a very bad experience in another licence testing centre (Coolaroo), so I was kind of worried to do the test again, but Deer park testing centre is completely different such an amazing staff, and a big thanks to Juan, he was the testing officer I had, that man is so kind and professional.Also, if you need recommendations for driving lessons, let me know the person who helped me with that is also very good.

What should I tell you about vicroads DeerPark officers they are so professional. I was really stuck with test but they always feel me comfortable. Thank you so much Margo always there to welcome me with smiling face. I passed my test with imperial driving school. Thanks vicroads team.

Since the Deer Park office opened I have been really impressed by the way they work.Everything runs extremely smoothly and all the staff are customer focused and do their very best to ensure they provide a service we need.I have been a driving instructor from the Not2FastNot2Furious Driving School for over 15 years and I have dealt with a number of Vic roads service centres over the years. I can confidently say that Deer Park is head and shoulders above all the others.Not exactly sure what they are doing but whatever it is they are doing it extremely well.It’s a pleasure dealing with all the LTOs and back office staff. I know all of my students whether they have passed or failed feel they have been given every chance to do their best and felt respected and relaxed by their LTO.Good job. Keep going and thank you for making my job easier.

the Officer at Deer Park told me I don't need to do hazards test for donig drive test and I have double checked with them, but when I come to doing my drive re-test they told me I have to do the Harzard test again, waste my so many time, very unprofessional staffs in the VIC road.

I had my driving test here and it was such an amazing experience. I passed my test in first attempt. I had Juan as my LTO and he is so professional and kind. He is clear in his instructions and amazing at his job. Overall the staff at the office was helpful and great. Can’t recommend this testing center enough.

3/1/23...I want to say the biggest THANK YOU to the customer service person at the door today. I didn't get her name but I have never been so impressed with the help and care she gave me today. I was a parent of a student who was out on his driving test and I was in distress with an incident. This lady was amazing with me. I am forever greatful. The manager was also very compassionate and helpful. Thank you once again

Had an amazing experience with my driving test yesterday!!! Especially because I had Michael C who was such a calm and patient person. He made sure I was comfortable and that there was nothing to be nervous about before I started my test. (Giveway to learners)

I gave my drive test in this centre. I felt this testing centre is the best vicroads branch. There customer service is excellent. My driving instructor Michael was polite, patient and professional in giving instructions during my test. I recommend Deer Park license Testing centre for any who is looking to give the test.

My advice is for you to target to reach here atleast an hour before your test start time. I targeted 30 min but was held up by roadworks near the railway crossing. Got there 20 min late and was put on a waiting list. Thankfully managed to get a slot. The vicroads staff and examiner were professional all throughout.
