Recommended by a friend as a reliable installer and they did not disappoint. Some issues with technology that were the fault of the manufacturer were supported with swift action and putting the customer first. All staff were very friendly and happy to discuss anything and teach you how everything is done and why. Communication was also fast.

Warranty claims can be a nightmare, but not with these guys. Best warranty service I have ever experienced. Claimed before Xmas, part came in January and fixed ASAP. Customer service was great, communication was on point, technician was knowledgable, professional and courteous. It is hard to find quality service these days so it is satisfying to know there is a company that exists that us consumers can rely on. Can not recommend enough for your aircon services A++

I had issues with ducted air conditioning unit tripping at main switch. Promptly booked in a service call and the service technician Jake turned up spot on time. He eliminated possible issues and found it to be a faulty circuit breaker, which he repaired. The service was professional and I was very happy with the pricing. I would have no hesitation in recommending Roberts Air Conditioning to anyone. Thank you again A+++++

The Guys showed up, including The Owner, Mitchell, in their Uniforms, extremely professional & went through the entire installation process with Us before they started.They then done a fantastic job of installing a Multi-Room System, as per Our requirements without fuss & cleaned up fabulously when they had finished.Justin, Frankie & Darren were lovely young fellas with a great attitude & work ethic, even after the 8 hour installation - Highly Recommended, for all your Air Conditioning needs.Thank You Mitch, Monique, Mel & The Rest of The Roberts Air Team.A+++ Service.

Got these chaps to replace old, clunky ducted A/C (28 y.o.) at my place with a more up-to-date model. Techs were polite and professional as were proprietors (Mitchell and Monique).I'd also like to point out few other things:1. Flexibility - old external unit was sitting on the ground. I wanted the new unit mounted on the wall. They were able to accommodate that.2. Upon completion of installation, it was found the power board was defective (factory fault). They didn't muck around and lodged a warranty claim the very next business day. Manufacturer sent their techs to replace the faulty part.All in all, they're recommended.

Good thing I found this company online as I wanted to finally get our aircon changed in time for summer and also as a Christmas present to my parents.They are affordable and the people we dealt with were lovely and honest. Steve had excellent customer service and was nice and polite. Shane came out and did the installation and was helpful in explaining general maintenance with our new aircon and was also a nice person.Would recommend them for sure and also would definitely contact this company again for any future services.Elizabeth (my mum) also passes on her gratitude.
