Release Property Management
We were long-time tenants at one of the properties managed by Release from 2018 to the end of 2022. We were really happy with their services and supports for us. Especially, our property manager Shannon Loe. She had made communication with our land lord so much easier and stress-free. All our maintenance concerns were dealt with in timely manner and solutions delivered promptly. Shannon always get back to us quickly with any questions we had. Release has made our rental life so much easier so we could focus on building our own home! Thanks Release Property Management and Thank You Shannon!

I have been renting with Release PM for the past 12 months. Property Manager Lorraine and team have always conducted themselves professionally, respectfully and are extremely helpful. They attend to property maintenance requests promptly and have just been an overall pleasure to deal with. It makes a massive difference having such a great real estate to deal with when you are renting.

As a lengthy renter, we could not be happier with the service from the rental team, especially Jess who was a great communicator and went above and beyond.Unfortunately the same couldn't be said about the sales team in particular Ross who sold the home we were in. No problem with the sale but an unauthorized inspection which was canceled the day before via email, and was confirmed the next morning via text, to come home with people coming out of your home is not up to the professional standards set by the rest of the team.A very disappointing end to an otherwise a great relationship.

I rented through Release for 3 years, firstly through Geelong West and then Torquay. On all occasions they were extremely professional, quick to respond and friendly to deal with. I highly recommend them.
