Amazing customer experience with Tanya. She recommended styles that are perfect for my body and height. I had so much fun trying out different outfits. I left the shop feeling very positive, happy and bags full of new wardrobe (19 items). Thank you for your lovely recommendations.

My friend & I are very happy with the service that we receive at Seven Hills Susan Grea. We were in the store when someone brought in clothes that they had purchased online & wanted to return them, not just one but at least four items & two of each in different sizes. She was NOT abused & was was told in a very polite way that the returns (because not lurched in store) took from the bottom line so it looked like store wasn’t making as much in the daily takings. So sorry that you were spoken about in that manner on a review. Many thanks for your kindness

Went to Seven Hills shop today and was happy to find a very suitable denim top for my daughter who has been unwell with the sincere assistance of a pleasant shop keeper.

We live at Prospect. But my wife prefers Penrith Nepean village SG store for her clothing. The store manager by name Joann or Jo so friendly and helping will make your day cheerful. My wife tried few dresses and still happily showing more and more dresses. Such a happy and positive atmosphere. Company should be proud of such a manager. If you go to Suzanne Gre store Seven Hills then your experience is totally opposite. There is a lady operator with spectacle so unfriendly and lazy, you will not like to stay there long at all. If she does not like customers or her work then no company continue employing such worker long just for standing. You behaved very funny with my wife when she wanted medium size dress and you gave her Extra Large on purpose to annoy her. Seven Hills manager has no idea that she had upset a lady who had very successful restaurant business for almost 30 years in Penrith area.

All the staff are very helpful and nothing is a problem. Their assistance in helping customers by recommending clothing that suits them is to be commended.

Just got abused by Angela from Seven Hills for (1.) buying online and not keeping her in a job (2.) returning an online purchase to Seven Hills store which she said comes off her bottom line. (3.) Asking for a refund. Sorry to inconvenience you that it is a pandemic and I could not bring my elderly mother to try the clothes on. With that attitude I am surprised you have a job at all. Really, really rude staff. No customer service skills. I will drive further to shop at the Blacktown store in future.
