Originally I had tried to organise an at home session with some friends to do our first aid training but alas covid restrictions kept interfering.. Nicole was amazing throughout this changing and challenging time with lots of email and phone support while we navigate the endless changes. We ended up joining one of the public sessions and thoroughly enjoyed her expertise and hands on practice. I would highly recommend this course for new parents or anyone wanting to brush up on the all important first aid and cpr skills that Nicole and her team lead you through.

Nicole at Rhythm First Aid was very professional and very informative! Nicole provides up to date first aid training and relates it to day to day life with a little one. I feel more prepared for what life throws at us with an 18mth old. Would definitely recommend the course to all new parents, grandparents and experienced parents!

Yippee - no more boring first aid courses! We absolutely loved our infant and child first aid course presented by Nicole. As a group of first time parents we were a little apprehensive about the fragility of our new babies and them growing up. However, Nic empowered us with practical information to stay calm and know what to do in an a huge range of first aid scenarios using her extensive experience and an interactive, engaging presentation. She answered all of our questions without judgement and ensured we were comfortable with all the information provided. I would not hesitate to (and will!) recommend this course to anyone who spends time with children!!
