Customer service was great despite being nervous, they were all really friendly and it was overall a lovely place to be. The gamer girls at the front desk who I totally didn’t forget the names of and my artist were all super chill and I enjoyed my short time there :)

I felt super welcome from the moment I stepped into Celebrity Ink Cooly. I first met Ella and sent her through the photos of what I wanted and she sent them through to the artist Rebecca. Ella is warm and welcoming and professional. Once I’d finished the paperwork, Rebecca was ready to start sizing up my piece. We both worked together to sort out placement and sizing. She never went against my decisions, only enabled me to make my own choices and some suggestions which empowered me as a customer. Rebecca is meticulous with her sterility, cleaning and art. She is super quiet, patient and thoughtful with placement and attention to detail. She took her time during the whole process and I never felt rushed or overwhelmed or pressured. I can’t wait to keep coming back and seeing Ella and Rebecca! Rebecca is going to be my permanent artist from now on!

Ive been here twice and will be back again a a 3rd time. These guys do a great job. Very happy.

I’ve visited celebrity ink Coolangatta twice now and I’ve got to say The staff there are amazing, very friendly, Super professional and helpful. They definitely look after their customers. Their tattoo work is beautiful! Definitely recommend this place if you’re wanting a tattoo. You’ll be looked after! I’ll definitely will be coming back!
