I ordered online, a gift for a friend. I ordered the incorrect colours. I contacted Kat in customer service, she helped me with the exchange the very next day.I went in and spoke with Emily who promptly exchanged the item with the loveliest smile on her face.Besides the amazing customer service the products are amazing, fantastic in design and quality.Will definitely be back for more! Thanks again guys.

Ordered an item from this business, which arrived in quick time! Beautiful design and super handy to use. Unfortunately my bag had a fault and I am no longer able to use so I requested a refund which they processed with no fuss - the customer service on their behalf is great!They were super quick in response time considering we just finished a long weekend and I’m sure they will have lots of orders to fill after the weekend!Despite having this small issue, I will be ordering from them again due to their great & professional level of customer service - such cool and quirky designs and items to be used for every occasion.

I’ve always had my eye on a lunch bag but could never justify spending $40+ on one for myself. But after talking through all the features and benefits, plus just how lovely and welcoming the young lady was, I just decided it was worth the splurge!10/10 worth a visit to the physical store!

Very poorly run company. My first order took 2 weeks to finalise so they ran out of stock, and then they sent me the wrong item. After emailing them they responded about 1-2 weeks later and sent correct product. I made another order to give them another chance and that product never arrived. 1 month later I still dont have it and no response to my emails.

This company is a disgrace to deal with. Happy to take your money but if your product is faulty they don’t want to know about it. They do not respond to emails & phone goes through to message bank.
