Went there for cut and color the girl there done very good job highly recommend

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hairdresser. Went in for a haircut, showed the lady a picture of a girl who had naturally curly hair like me and the type of cut she had. All I wanted was a round trim and some pieces to frame my face in the front. The hairdresser barely spoke any English, smiled and said no worries started washing my hair and then asked if I wanted it straight to which I said no I just want a haircut. I think I said the word haircut to this woman about 10 times and she still didn’t get it. In the end she started blow drying my hair which I thought was odd and then proceeded to curl my hair even though I told her not to multiple times because my hair is already curly. She kept smiling and continued curling my hair and asked me if I had an event on that night and when I responded ‘no I just came for a haircut’ she STILL didn’t get it. At this point it was just laughable, I thought better let her finish than to even let her cut my hair so after all that she curled my hair, charged me $70 dollars and the curls which I didn’t ask for had gone flat by the time I got to my car. Worst service I’ve ever had, never had to explain something to someone in so many different ways and still have them not understand. Absolute joke.

Had my hair cut and straighten. Asian guy didn’t even straighten my hair . Made me look like 60 year old. Had to tie my hair up after I left

Hair is completely uneven, not even close to what I asked for. Shouldn’t be surprised because the guy was distracted and didn’t ask me anything just assumed he knew what I was after. Would never go back!

Have been coming to this salon for about 2 years now and won’t go anywhere else!Viken stole my hairs heart the first time I went and haven’t been anywhere else since!! He is one of my favourites, and his blowwaves are to die for! Also Tony who works there is also great! Once you go here, trust me you won’t go back elsewhere! 5 star service.

Never going here again! I walk in asking for a trim and specifically asked for it to NOT be above the shoulder and that’s exactly what happened. I didn’t get a trim, I got a cut. I was also charged $85 for this and left so unhappy.I didn’t get the name of the lady who served me but she had short redish hair. Now I have a haircut that I despise and can’t fix.
