Australia Post - Vermont South LPO

The mature man with grey hair and glasses who works here is kind and helpful. He told me to stop the delivery driver from leaving who was parked outside so my parcel wouldn’t be waiting until tomorrow. The other staff here are not helpful EVER, I wish I had his name as he delivers old school service!

Refuse to take any coins for payment or depositing kids money into their bank accounts. And even though it is the closest post office, none of our deliveries are accepted there if we are not home.

I went to deliver an international parcel and was told the parcel was too big despite it being within guidelines. I could carry it with one hand. The person clearly was not familiar with the restrictions rules. I didn’t waste my time and went to the next post office which assisted me in less than 2minutes.

I went into the shop without an id and he did not give a chance or explain myself even though he had my and told me but couldn’t give it to me unless I had an address I’d very rude would not recommend and when I was walking out of the shop he called me a cracker in Chinese

Went there wanting to collect my parcel with my tracking QR code on my phone but forgot to bring my ID but I had it on my phone as a photo. But they don’t accept it so I went there for nothing, whereas the Vermont post office can get my parcel for me by just telling them my name or a photo of my ID. Very disappointed.

The staff was extremely RUDE!!!I got a wrongly mailed letter to my house but the address was correct. When I handed over the letter to one staff, they just crossed out the address and write RTS (return to sender) and told me “you don’t need to come here!!” Come on, the address was right but AusPost delivered to a wrong place. They should re-deliver than RTS!!And I had another letter delivered to the prior occupant and I wanted to redirect back to him. The staff simply cross out the original address and my written new address and marked RTS, and told me again “I don’t need to be here.” I said I wanted to redirect to the new address they should just told me if I needed to pay (which I finally paid, which was absolutely fine).The whole dialogue was like I did something wrong!!!??? I tried to do something right for the neighbour in Vermont.AusPost is a service company. Though I don’t expect super good service but I do expect slightly respect and normal treatment.RUDE!!!

This post office does NOT do Parcel Collect here for pickup even tho the Australian Post website said they do! I had my parcel send here with Express Shipping and it got returned to sender the same day! Clearly they don't know what they are doing here. DO NOT SEND ANY PARCELS HERE EVER

Had an amazing experience on Sunday with a lady who took my passport photo. I was in and out within 5minutes! Couldn’t believe it. When I asked if I could bring back my 4month old baby for their passport photo the following day she said it wasn’t a problem. I arrived the next day and was told by someone else “we don’t take baby passport photos because they are too hard to get the photo”.

The Chinese staffs are so rude to people, just can't believe it. If you are not respect others, how you get respect?Actually they don't care about the reviews. People still have to pick up parcels from their store.An abyss of disgrace
