I have no problem of the service provided. Nance did a great job. However, I was quoted $160 when I made the appointment and was charged $230 upon completion. No extras were included and no reasonable reason was given for the $70 extra charge. Still considering a report to the overseeing authorities. If this is how she treats pensioners then I would suggest you go elsewhere.Further to this revue I must add that Janine has now refunded an acceptable amount to my bank acct for which I am very grateful. Thank you.
