I took 4 dogs to Ursula for the first time and I cannot recommend Love Your Pet highly enough. The dogs looked like they were so comfortable from the moment we walked in.From the get go, the thoroughness of care Ursula and her team take in grooming the dogs is exceptional.She even showed me how to care properly for my long haired breed dogs. Love Your Pet is more expensive but totally worth the cost. You would be surprised how matted your dogs hair is closer to the skin. Ursula takes care of all that which is good for your dogs health....learned something new too!

Ursula is amazing with my anxious dog Murphy. He is challenging to groom yet Ursula takes her time with him, keeping me informed as to how he is going and incorporating strategies to make the task easier for him. Ursula provides excellent behavioural advice when I ask, it is obvious she really cares for the animals in her care. The proof in the pudding is when Murphy drags me up the driveway to her front door when we arrive for his appointment. He certainly doesn't do that at the vets.

We have been taking our dog Gianna here for the last year and i can 100% guarantee that she is looked after so well and loves making new friends and going for her daily walks. Highly recommend Ursula as she is so wonderful and caring and provides us good updates and footage of our dogs stay.

Ursula is amazing! She has never groomed Scottish Terriers before, but she took the time to find out and actually groom them. They were so happy and looked fantastic! I am ecstatic and will recommend her highly and will definitely go back.

My dog Harry LOVES a trip to Ursula's! Good sized yard, clean facilities, lots of human company, toys and other dogs to play with all day. The minute we turn up he races in and doesn't look back! And for me it is reassuring that Ursula's experience with dog training means that Harry is getting the best possible care while I'm not there. Plus great tips on training and feeding too. Highly recommend!

Ursula is an amazing dog sitter and trainer who has always treated my dog as one of her own. She provides a safe and loving environment to all in her care.Ursula is always providing photo updates and feedback when he is in her care which I love.Maxie has come along way with Ursula’s continued training and guidance and although there is much more to do, I have the comfort of knowing that both he and I are in safe hands!

I have a 3.5month old sharpei that I needed someone to watch, we took him to Ursula and he came back a new dog! He looked and smelled lovely and he was also much better behaved - we are going to follow Ursula’s advice in training to keep it up. It was my first time ever trusting someone with caring for my pet and I would not hesitate to take him back - I honestly believe he came back a better dog for it. Leaving him with Ursula gives me peace of mind because I know he so being taken care of really well. I’m also glad he gets to socialise with other dogs while being supervised. Highly recommend! Thanks so much for looking after my little one!
