Very happy with the service that I recieved here! Had a large nail go through the side wall of my tyre. When I called they said they could get me in straight away. Was thinking I'd have to pay for a brand new tyre but they found a great second hand one that was almost new for half the price! Staff were very helpful and got the job done very quickly. I have no problem reccomending them to anyone!

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! Tyre I bought had a puncture repair with damage marks to the sidewall put on my car. I noticed one of the tyres I had bought had sidewall damage as soon as I had paid. I ignored it as i had bought tyres from them previously. I drove it home noticing it was driving funny, then drove to tafe the next morning where i checked it, then realising it was flat. I had the RAA help me change the tyre to my spare. They commented on how the tyre had a puncture repair which was loose. I took the tyre back to be checked/replaced. I was dismissed, belittled, abused and yelled at the whole time which caused me to be pretty upset. I was blamed for the damage on the tyre which had been there when i drove out of the shop and told I couldn't have driven 5 mintues on that tyre, however I did. Go figure. I had the belongings in my boot disrespected and the rims on my wheels scuffed from throwing around that I watched happen. It is obviously a trend within your business to sell faulty tyres to easy targets and then charge more than the $25 we had agreed upon for fitting of a replacement tyre. Would love to see the camera footage of you yelling at me that supposedly didnt happen:)

Guy at front desk literally rolled his eyes and groaned because I didn't know the size of the tyres and he had to get up from the desk to give me a quote. The conversation didn't improve from there. I left then went back in and asked to speak to the manager to let them know about the bad service experience. Turns out Mr Bad Service is manager. Bought tyres cheaper elsewhere.

I had a very bad experience in Jan 2021 by trusting they are doing the right thing. I bought two tires. They damaged my alloy rims by wrestle-fitting on my car. Broke the wheel cups brackets.The brakes started giving noise, vibration and issues on return from Port Lincoln. My mechanic found the nuts seized and opened broken. Never wanted to go back to even claim the damage. Had to spend $$$ to fix the damage.

Got a good set of part worn tyres for a good price. However, we where quoted a lower price over the phone and before they where installed then once I went to pay the price went up by $40. The guy working in the office said I can walk to a ATM and get cash out and was told my car is going nowhere until I get the cash or pay an extra 40 on card. I had to walk 15 mins just because of awful communication from this company.

Put a damaged tyre on my 18yr old daughters car that went flat over night. Then they accused her of damaging the tyre herself. Two male tyre fitters shouting at my daughter when she took it back and denying that there was any previous damage to the tyre. Was once a great business but when the manager excuses the male staff shouting at a young customer to the extent that other customers step in to help her, and continuously blames her for the issue, i will never use this business again. The raa tech who changed her tyre so she could take the car back pointed out a repair had been previously done to the tyre that went flat which the tyre mart manager also denied. Disgusting, abusive and unsafe. Find somewhere else to get your tyres.

Since my last visit, things have changed. Still has good range.Unfortunately, I was quoted didglfferent price, and I was charged a different price.Though it is small numbet still it matters as an honest and ethical transaction.

Fixed my puncture right away instead of trying to score a new tyre out of me. Fixed it while I waited, and it was no longer than 15 minutes. Great service
