The ladies at X-Press are super talented, and crush it every time. These are acrylic with shellac painted tips. Hand painted no less. Can’t recommend enough.

I had SNS done and my nails are so thick and my fingers have glue all over them … I asked if they could remove and she said “it will wash off, it’s because my nails are so short” - this hasn’t happened to me before so think it’s just a bad nail jobAlso they said if I paid cash I would get $5 off but when time came to pay they denied it.

The feeling of the service was not the best it was too rushy, First it all, I was attended in the pedicure area for a manicure, secondly, my partner was attended to the waiting area before being moved to the manicure area, third there were no prices listed anywhere that the bill took us by surprise for $105 for a shellac french and normal manicure. (We never thought that was almost double that anywhere else that is why we didn't ask.)The result of the service was good, just be aware of the prices. That is all.

I was charged $125 for a set of acrylics with french which is extremely overpriced and on top of that it was a horrible experience. I showed them a picture of the design and they told me they could do it but it ended up being a complete mess. When I tried to say something they got very angry with me to the point I felt so uncomfortable I almost got up and left without finishing my nails. In the end I felt pressured into just letting it look like a mess and I left extremely upset. Do not waste your money here, you will receive horrible customer service.

Have come to this place for years , less recently and decided to go in there after I hit the bank .The salon was really quiet, and was happy to go in as I wouldn’t have to wait.Customer service from the start was awful , lady at the counter didn’t listen to what I wanted and cut me off by saying “sit there”The lady doing my nails was offended I asked her opinion for nail colour by saying “ I don’t know” I asked if she could recommend a white solid colour with sparkles . “ there’s too many colours to remember, look in the box”They talked me into taking off all my nails even though I didn’t need it, and cut them all short before saying it would cost 100$.Normally it would be 70$ so I enquired , they had charged me for things like taking off nail colour , then seperatly taking off nails . I was using 2 different paints so they charged me twice for paint ( but really it’s the same amount of paint)I said I would try somewhere else .The lady’s were very annoyed at me as they wanted to get paid for cutting my nails and taking off the paint .I though it bizarre as the state of my nails compared to coming in where disgusting

Worst experience I’ve had at a nail saloon, I was completely scammed out of $95. Bad customer service, low quality nails and overall horrible experience. Never go here

Absolutely horrified by this business, not only did they refuse to do what I had went in for because it wouldn't look good" they also hugely overcharged me. I have never paid so much for nails

I came here and got a shellac pedicure and a day and a half later noticed the layers of polish were coming off / smeared. Staff guessed hadn’t dried properly because the UV machine must have been low battery. I came back in and they re-did my pedicure and fixed it straight away.

Very overpriced for the service I received. Every nail looks like I asked for a different shape for each one! Took twice as long as other places take and 3 nails bled…
