Got diesel and a chicken burger, I would have done better eating the paper bag!! What’s worse is the teller opened it to put salad in for me so he knew it was rock hard and dry! If this is what our truckies are expected to put up with something needs to change. Poor form BP

Was charged $1.699 for 91 unleaded today and after visiting 3 other bps in the area and other petrol stations they were all $1.29, many for 95. When I called them to see if it was mistake owner said he can’t discuss price on phone and that “petrol has gone up” and he “can’t do anything if other stations haven’t increased their rate. Very unprofessional and poor way to deal with long time loyal customer. Watch their rates and be careful

B P, seriously how can you call this a Truck Stop and not have showers. It's not as if there isn't room. You load and fuel want to have a shower and go. Not really happy, sorry about that. Brickbats to such a big company.

Customer service is non-existent here (visited here on Sunday 13th November at 4pm). Better off making your payment to a machine. At least machines can be programmed with a greeting and a thank you after they take a payment!

Very dirty place. They sell coffee for $3.00 any size . But don't be fool to choose the large one because it doesn't taste like coffee at all. Taste like hot water. And if you are diabetic no sweeteners available. Very poor customer service.

I scanned my BP rewards for uber discount and the effort shown over $5 off, press enter to confirm. I pressed and the cashier restarted the effort and it shown the payment amounts. I thought that was a discount from my uber as usual but when i got home, i discovered that it was took over $5 from my BP rewards points.

Rubbish place is far better than this place, toilet is very very bad, looks like never clean. Cashier is rude when asking for paper towel to dry hand.

Rude Customer service experience on this place. (visited here on Saturday 15th April at 11am). Better off making your payment to a machine. At least machines can be programmed with a greeting and a thank you after they take a payment!

Very rude cashier. Unnnecessarily telling my kid off for trying to help me filling up over the speaker. The kid helped under 100% supervision, its called a learning process. Extremely unprofessional and rude. We ended up left without filling and went to another station with much more chilled staff. Never coming back again
