Was trying to tie my dog up outside and he took off across the road which was scary in itself. I got him back and tied him up outside. I asked my child to hold the other two small dogs while I went in quickly to pay for her ice cream. I was super flustered at this point. She follows me in before I can even say a thing to her to get back out the elderly white male shopkeeper says abruptly You can't bring dogs in here. You can tie them up outside". Really I wouldn't have guessed. Thanks. You really made me feel more upset than I already was. Have a lovely day."

We popped in for some soup and a nose around, the owner was chatty and encouraging about our bike ride and gave us two apples as well. couldnt have been a more pleasant experience.

This store was our go to whilst 3 of us were staying in the area for a girls getaway. It had everything we needed & some really lovely wines & sparklings in particular. A big shout out also to Garry for helping us out of a jam & showing us a great kindness. Wonderful store with wonderful customer service. Do yourself a favour & pop in, you won't be disappointed.
