I regularly receive deliveries that go through this mob and they continually try to claim my packages are over 1k and ask for money, even though documentation in the parcel clearly states the value is under 1k. Email them proof your purchase is under 1k and they release it but it's time consuming and clearly they are trying to scam you.

Scam! This company loves to give you 100 reasons ! Do not use this company! Using a third party and claim to be a genuine company. Had our package for 3 weeks in warehouse . Wedding costumes where we had to go pick the stuff and send it to newzealand. Returned 50% of our money and never emailed us back as when we receiving our full refund. Should be 0 stars!!!

Very dodgy. My package was declared in Japanese Yen and somehow they couldn't put 2 and 2 together and said my parcel was over $1000 in declared value and I needed to pay over $150+ for a GST processing fee.I refused to pay that because that's ridiculous, so I told them to return to sender and reached out to the courier about my parcel and then about a week or so later, it arrived at my door. Which of course just makes me question the legitimacy of this place even more.Be as firm as you can, don't let them take your money.

Can only agree with the other poster with regard to their processing of items from overseas. This firm do not state all import costs up front - they mention the duty and GST plus $85 then try and pull an extra ~$100 out of the transaction. When you try to have the parcel returned the sender, whether through gross incompetence or design the sit on the package for the best part of a month which has the knock on effect that I am now out of the period of returns for the good. Just awful.

The most horrific delivery service. Such a fraud of an organisation. Pass it onto Couriers Please and don't have any accountability to follow up. Just a disgusting company to deal with.

These guys have the worst customer services woman by the name of Elizabeth. She would not answer my questions regarding my lost package and basically said they had asked their postie and he had confirmed he left the package with my tracking number at a different place as this package was not addressed to me. This is regardless of the fact that I had sent all correspondence with the sender showing all of my details on the package. Elizabeth literally shut me off and told me to contact the sender. Worst experience I had with these guys and they surely do not deserve the jobs they have. Really sad to read other reviews and see how many people have had similar experiences. These guys need to be investigated. If there was a no star rating I would put that, they do not deserve a single star shame.

Absolutely dodgy scam artists. Don't fall for their fake emails! I got about 5 emails from them saying the same thing as everyone else (that my parcel was over $1000 AU when the parcel wasn't anywhere near). They wanted me to pay them $125 plus any amount of unknown fees, duties, and taxes, and just sign over my permission for this. I was really suspicious, so I called customs, and they advised me to call the courier (which was Fastway). Fastway confirmed that this company was in some way affiliated with them, but didn't say how. I was told that my parcel had actually cleared customs, and just to delete the emails from AMS. I'm going to report this company to the Ombudsman, because they shouldn't be allowed to do what they are doing. Avoid them at all costs!
