Steve has been one of the most genuine and helpful real estate agents I have ever engaged with. I had been looking to buy a property for about a year and had spoken with/attended inspections etc. with several agents. However, from the moment I requested an inspection for the property I have now purchased, Steve has been approachable, prompt, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process of inspecting, offering, purchasing, and the settlement process. Proactive Property Agents
There's an old saying that the harder you work, the luckier you get. Steve's middle name should be 'Lucky' considering how much hard work he put in to preparing MiL's property for sale, leading to an excellent result within days of listing. His down-to-earth, sensible and hands-on approach are a pleasant contrast to the industry stereotype, and his eye for detail is a winner. Highly recommended!
